• We will conduct the Estate Sale on premise.
• We will pay to advertise in the local newspapers, the Internet and by direct mailing to our selected customers and antique dealers.
• All personal documents will be maintained in confidence for your review.
• Professional Appraisal Services are available as needed.
• We will display all items to their best advantage, this can include polishing silver, washing crystal and washing and pressing of linens..
• Experienced and knowledgeable sales people will sell your personal property.
• Following the estate sale we will arrange for selected buy-outs or donations to the charity of your choice.
• Clean up and trash removal is another aspect of our service.
• Upon completion of your estate sale your house will be ready for sale or occupancy.
• We work on a commission basis.
• We will furnish a computerized accounting of merchandise sold along with distribution of funds within five (5) days of the sale.
