I used a wonderful estate settler for my friend’s house in San Francisco.  She was very competent, honest and efficient.  House was “broom clean” when she left. Her names is Terry Franco  http://www.francoestate.com. She came out, gave me efficient time schedule, sold or donated everything that could be sold or donated, and took rest to be recycled. The sale was handled efficiently with lots of staff in case of possible thefts. In addition she was considerate of my feelings at a difficult time.  She was recommended by my friend who died, as she had handled an estate for a friend of his.  It was tidy and painless.

My boss who is in the furniture business introduced me to Terry. I had no idea where to start with handling the sale of my parent’s stuff that accumulated over the course of 50+ years together. Terry is very responsive, knowledgeable and upfront about valuing your family’s “treasures” never giving you false expectations. That is what a bereaved person needs is a reality check. There were some happy surprises too! I’ve read other reviews of similar estate sale firms and witnessed strange business practices from the company my husband’s family used, Terry is totally awesome and I wholeheartedly recommend her services!

They don’t come better than Terry and her team. I was trustee on a huge estate, some treasures some junk. Terry staged the house, oversaw the sale and was conscientious in getting the best prices for everything. She even held a couple of things out (a jade piece and some vases) and had them sold at an auction house rather than let them go for a song.

When she left the 3-story house was broom clean and ready for the stagers. She handled disparate family members graciously and efficiently. Hurrah.
